We first reached out to Quinn to be our day-of coordinator even before we had a wedding date. Once we started communicating with vendors, we quickly felt overwhelmed by how much went into planning a wedding and we were still about 7 months out. We went back to Quinn and asked if she could take on the planning as well. We were on the East Coast at the time, while the venue and Quinn were on the West Coast. Quinn was incredibly communicative, reassuring, and flexible in scheduling meetings at every stage. She was patient and guided us through every step of the way. Looking back now, we really had no idea how many moving pieces go into just one day! A few days before the wedding, we dropped off 2 large storage boxes full of items, and Quinn handled everything so seamlessly. With family and friends flying in from other states, we were so relieved to have her there to help manage everything. It’s been a couple of months since our wedding, and we finally have time to write a much needed review for everything you did for us! See below: The best advice we received from past brides was to hire vendors who have your best interests at heart, and Quinn embodied that completely! She truly treated our day as if it was her own. Quinn was our day-of coordinator for our 270-guest, but her support started well before the wedding day itself. Throughout the entire month leading up to the wedding, she worked closely with us on our timeline, décor details, vendor coordination, and even our first dance choreography, which, let's be honest, we had completely neglected to practice. She stepped in during rehearsal the day before and patiently walked us through every step until we felt confident. That alone tells you everything about who she is. On the wedding day, Quinn was everywhere at once. She worked quietly in the background, handling everything behind the scenes so we never had to be pulled away from the moment. She helped our friends set up the dessert tables without being asked, kept guests moving in the right direction, and at the end of the night, packed up every piece of our décor exactly the way it came in. And in the sweetest gesture of all, she packed us food to take home because she noticed we had barely eaten all night. Nothing was too small for her attention. And that thoughtfulness alone is rare. Our guests even said that the mark of a truly great coordinator is that the bride and groom are fully present and at ease all night long, never once stressed about what comes next. That was exactly how our night felt. As a Vietnamese couple, it meant so much to us to work with someone who genuinely loves representing Vietnamese weddings.
